Tee Time Reservation Systems
| Member Operations |
- Member logs in for identification.
- Course is selected if multiple courses are on same site.
- With dual course installations, member can select from either or both course with a single search.
- User selects play date, desired tee time and number of players.
- System then offers that tee time (if available) OR next available tee time for acceptance.
- User can accept or request a new search within 10 seconds.
- If accepted, tee time and details are recorded & a confirming email is sent to user.
- Tee times can be cancelled on line up to 24 hours before play date.

- Make tee times for drop-in / call-in members.
- Tee times can be reserved for any future date, depending on course policy.
- Cancel any tee time.
- Check-in with ticket printing
- View or edit member data & add or delete members.
- Control member / user access.
- Block out dates/times for tournaments & special events.
- Set first & last tee time availability.
- Allow / deny fivesomes.
- Set number of days in advance that users can make tee times.
- Print out daily tee sheets for pro shop desk use.
- Reports provide player history, bookings, cancellations, course utilization, etc.
